If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know. You have 60 days after your purchase to explore the product and draw your own conclusions. Hopefully, you’ll become one of the many customers who contact us to share the joy of their experience with us.

Keep in mind that we recommend to drink our SLIM BOOST TEA for at least 2 months DAILY, in order to experience the amazing benefits! Think about it…. our tea has been scientifically tested, so if you drink it, IT WILL WORK!

How to get a refund

All product purchased online can be returned within 60 days after your purchase. To get a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our support desk at support@slimboosttea.com along with your full name, email address, BUYGOODS email invoice, and order number. You also need to share your experience with the tea and tell us exactly what you are returning.
  2. Wait for our support desk to confirm your request.
  3. Once confirmed, you must send ALL the tea bags (even used or empty) back to us at:
    SLIM BOOST Tea, 19655 E 35th Drive. Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011.
    Note: We do not refund for bags not received! Place your order number on a paper inside the package.
  4. Send us your return tracking number as a photo, and write the full tracking number in the support ticket. Once the package arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund.

Do not worry, it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your guarantee period and we receive them several days later. You will still get a refund if you shipped in due time.

IMPORTANT: Our products have a ONE TIME GUARANTEE. If you have received a refund for SLIM BOOST TEA once, any future orders are NOT eligible for a second refund. We do not offer second refunds!
